K Fiancé Visas

K-1 Fiancé Visa: The K-1 Fiancé visa allows a United States citizen to bring his or her foreign national fiancé to the United States to marry within 90 days of arrival. Then the foreign national will be eligible to apply for adjustment of status with United States Citizenship and Immigration Service to become a lawful permanent resident. K-2 Visa: The K-2 visa allows the minor children of the foreign national fiancé to accompany their parent to the United States. K-3 Visa: The K-3 visa is for a person who has a valid marriage to a United States citizen, the United States citizen has filed a family petition on his or her behalf, and he or she seeks to enter the United States to await the approval of the petition. K-4 Visa: The K-4 visa allows the minor children of the foreign national spouse to accompany their parent to the United States.
